the way I figure it if he would have concentrated more on knocking out the other half of his places instead of lollygagging around the house he'd still be with us. It's like they say, "most auto accidents occur within 5 miles of your own house" ergo, don't ever drive within 5 miles of your house and you'll be fine...

Poor taste aside, really TP, a Wills, Trusts & Estates Blog? This unfolds a whole new wrinkle of nerdularity.

Besides, who here doesn't like a nice family fight over money . . . or a lawyer who "wrote himself into" an old lady's will? ;-)
And it's not like I can escape the nerdliness of my profession, much less the incandescent nerdularity of my chosen specialty . . .
