Today kids, was squats...and some stuff

Squats:

5x75
5x95
10x115

Need to figure out what the source of my lower back issues are. It happens on squats when I get past parallel....

And I have gotten past it before, it doesn't always hurt, but sometimes I'm doing something that I need to figure out. I hope I can get up to at least 175 here shortly, some semi man weight...

Think I have it but will see next week.
