3 cleans @ 50% 1rm, 165 so 85lbs 10 oh lunges with 45lb plate . . .

Good, but an amrap with 200 meter sprint, amrap 10/15 and a higher say 75% of 1 rm, then we'd have us a clambake. Or a group puke . . . one or the other . . .
