Backsquat find a three rep max, stop if you feel pain:
Had some trouble with this. Basically, I didn't feel confident of the back enough to try and push it. Also, I felt that I needed the confidence that the belt gave me...at 115lbs. I got up to 3x145 and then took the belt off for a single at 145 and that felt okay.
So: 75, 95, 125, 135, 145 x3
Also I took some video and ewwww. That was some k-rappy form. I don't know what I've been doing, but not sure it's fair to call it squatting...lots of clamshelling...other good stuff...
