squats and some other stuff

Did my squats today

Everything went fine. Am working on getting past the 225 barrier . . . 15 lousy pounds . .

5x pullups between each set.

Then played with turkish getups

85 (barbell) right arm pr . . . couldn't even sit up on the left side. Funny.
