Just worked up to some high rep deads.  
I was a worthless posl today.

Felt good.   Am going to do this again later in the week since we're not training heavy deads, I don't worry that I'm over doing the sensation (will try for 10x165). 
Then did an untimed wod (told you I was a posl . . . )
