Deads up to 5x125 (which is nice since that's the most I've done in a long while...)
Back was fine ish. Actually better on the higher weight than lower. It's some hip based thingy still, so activating my glutes is a good idea on the lift.
Cashed out 30 1 pood kb swings, no breaks. Over eye level not that stupid overhead.
And 10 back xtn with 20 lbs.
Funny, but that posterior chain stuff after the deads, left me shaking for a bit.
