deads, squats, and some dumbness . . .

Back from my pity party . . . have no idea why I go to those things . . .

Then AMRAP 15

7x box jump @ 24"

I think with some stones that would be a 20 rounder . .

It was one of the worst kinds of wods . . . the kind where at the beginning you think "this is too light . . . " at some point it stops that . . .
