cleans and such

Practiced my ugly cleans

1x165 then back down to 95 to practice the all the crappy bits.

Then 3rft

250 m row
10 ring rows
20 box jumps


Ring rows don't seem to hurt the shoulder . . . not that I can do them, they were some broke ass sets . . .

I hate ring rows... good for you for tearing them up!
