240-260-280 . . hard but doable.
Sunday suffering . .
3x15 shoulder press @60, Starr Rehab.
Then
25:20:15:10
Burpees (subbed rowing in descending distances: 250 m, 200 m, etc because pushups are still problematic)
Box jumps
TTB
15:58 . . . I can't imagine what that would have been with actual burpees
