Squats and some cindy mashup

Squat day

5x 150
3x 170
max @ 190 = 8

My pr at that weight is 10 so I"m happy with that

Then 5 rft

1 1C&J @ 145

5 pullups
10 pushups
15 squats

8:05

As always pushups were the boggy part.

Also, first time using 145 lbs in clean and or jerk wod.

Had one ugly "crossfit jerk" with push out at the top, but the others were good enough.

Deadlifts

max @ 285 = 4 pr

Dead hang pullups

11 @ body weight
5 @ 25lbs
3 @ 35 lbs

Deads

Not sure the warm up of "go to the fair and eat crap" was the right one, but it kinda worked out:

3x210
3x240
max @ 270 = 5

Had I known my pr was 5 at that weight I would have stranahaned the weight up one more time . . .

But that's a year old pr so I'll take it and see if I can't get it going further on up in the next couple weeks.
