Oh my goodness, look, I can actually work out with everyone!!

Front Squats

This is a lot of volume so I wasn't sure how this would go so I played it safe.

Then I cleaned up the garage, decided I needed a cash out...

5x rope sled pulls:

load tire-sled with 90lbs and pull it 20 feet.

Wow. That jacks up the heart rate surprisingly fast..
