Okay Back Update.

June 15 hurt back, yowza.

Got to sports chiro and in one session basically cured the problem I was having sitting in a chair (if I sit up in bed or sit in one of those folding chairs, it would take me like 5 minutes to walk off the back stiffness I'd get).

Going back again for a couple more session.

In the meantime had some dental work which prevented me from lifting anything.

Have been doing some stuff, i.e. light workouts, like rowing 5-10 minutes and doing some basic squats and lifts, nothing to write home about but need to keep active so that I can start over as a puppy here shortly...

Did they say what was wrong? Besides having a bad back and being next in line after me to join Jeff in the geezer club?

I went to two. First guy says my pelvis was kind of cockeyed (tilted) so I was losing glute function had tight psoas, and wasn't able to hold a straight back. Second guy who (who takes my insurance and I went to him before) said same thing about my psoas, and actually adjusted my lower back/hips and that worked wonders. I need to go back but have been bolloxed by work and that dental surgery.
