Armstrong pullups: Pyramid day:

9 rounds +7 (previous week = pullup pyramid 8 rounds + 8 more. Soooo close to 9. 10 is the big one. 55.)

Wow . . . my max reps sucked from the week before but this was a huge jump . . . weird.

Then a 12 minute AMRAP

10 clapping pushups
15 24" box jumps
40 meter shuttle run

7 rounds and alarm rang when I went to start push ups.
