deads and more deads

3x3 Deadlifts

240/260/280(pr) . . . that was hard. low food day and was hard to get it going.

But still did 195lbs x 21. pr

That was brutal. That was the first time I can remember my grip being fine, but my arse being so fired up I was having a hard time bringing my hips forward and standing all the way up at the last couple of reps.
