Cleans and situps

Hotel Gym Dia Dos . .

Warmup then

7 minutes amrap

10 cleans 95 (used 2x30lb dbs and that was quite enough thx very much)
20 situps anchored

4 rounds on the dot.

Then cashed out with three rounds of max pushups . . .

after that nonsense that was wrong, 20/15/10. Weak sauce.
