Dumbell cleans and stuff

“Cinco De Mayo”

5 rounds, with dumbbells:

5 deadlifts
5 hang cleans
5 push press
5 squats

Maxed out the weight at the Hotel Gym . . who knew 12lb dumbbells could give such a workout?

Actually got up to 50lb dbs.

So 30/35/40/45/50

It wasn’t too bad so there’s more room on the top end. Some day I might . . . just might . . . end up at Rob Orlando’s starting weight hahahahahaha!
