The retard gets a shoulder press pr! . .

Short wod today, think I got Murph tomorrow . .

Shoulder press:

Stay with me here, I'm rollin' stupid today . .

Was supposed to be:

5x90
3x105
Max @ 115

So I warm up . . just the bar for 10, 75lbs for about 5.

Then I put on "90". Well in my world, that means 100 lbs . .

I was thinking "gee for 5 this is not super hard, but a bit harder than it should be . . "

Well, since I didn't feel like doing 3 at 5lbs more, I just went to 115 . . .

So 115x3, A big big pr. Most movement in a year.

Easy, the same way I mock you which, basically kills two birds with one stone. And I think you're wrong because there's definitely correlation retard = stupid = you.

Besides, if you COULD read you'd see that I was making fun of myself. But now I see the error of my ways. Mocking you IS making fun of retards, which is mean because I hold them in higher esteem.
