rest and pull up day

pullup pyramid 8 rounds + 8 more. Soooo close to 9. 10 is the big one. 55.

Pullup pyramid ?? Is that a 1-2-3-4 type exercise? How is it done? On the minute or what?

It's part of the Armstrong pullup program. Pyramid day is day 2 of a 5 day program. The format is 10 seconds rest for each pullup. So one pullup 10 seconds rest 2 pullups 20 seconds.
