1 lap in pool hypoxic style (1 breath for 1 stroke, 1 breath for 2 strokes, one breath for 3, etc.) once you fail or need air finish lap normally.

Most of the laps I could get 25 meters, do 6 strokes with one breath, and 25 meters back normal BREATHING...
