Squats and Tabata
Squats 3x5
170/190/210
Then a "Tabata This" version, half rounds but no rests:
Row (cal): 8/8/8/7
Squat: 15/18/17/15
Pullups: 10/8/6/5
Pushup: 13/10/7/7
Situp: 13/11/10/9
That was hideous.
