Highlights: The 100 pushups were 14 seconds faster than 3/22.

Double under practice: 22 consecutive . . . ;-)

that's great on the double unders! Monday's workout uncovered the fact that I need to learn how to jump rope... in the past when double unders were on the board there was always far fewer ropes than people so it was never an issue. That being said... my official Buddy Lee rope and DVD are on the way! I'll be cranking out those single unders in no time... wooHOO!!

I think the jump rope helps some, but it's the coordination that causes 99% of the problems.

Then again, I could say that about everything . . .
