CFSB R3-Week 4 Squats
Somehow, I had the day off and still only managed one workout.
Ugh.
Leg Squats . . .

160-180-200 (pr)
Groin was a bit sore after that, but it was a bunch of fugly squats to begin with . . . who knows where the trouble started.
