6 rounds and two thrusters . . . but . .

4 rounds, the end of my bar nearly came off. So I stopped the clock, quick as I could screw the end back on and start the clock over with 4:30 left on it.

I should drop back to 65 if I do this again to get some real met con. It was hard, but more grip limited and muscular failure limited.

Oh, and I still hate SHDP with a passion . . . but they're a goat . . .
