Just making it up as I go along . . .

Didn't feel like getting into a whole bunch of rigamarole, so just knocked out:

50 front squats, 65lbs = 3:35

If I can get the bar overhead w/o shoulder pain, I could try this, 1st with say, 35lbs and see if I could get 50.

Could be fun . . . .
