On a plus note, I finally figured out how to do the sprawl burpees, on the lawn, by kicking out and catching yourself on the ground and then pushing and springing up.

Now, don't tell Jeff Martin, but I still know how to do a regular four count burpee, but the sprawl one is fast . . . .
