then 20x145 (pr) back squat . . . .

high rep back squats are awful. Just awful.

holy crap. you hit a 1RM, then backed off and hit 20reps?

think you could have gone heavier on the 1RM ?

My 1RM on the fs is somewhere around 180. It's that high rep back squat thing that kills.
