I don't understand 21-15-9 @ 125lb
with only 1 exercise.

why not write 45 reps for time? its not a couplet.. i don't get it.

and i must confess, im a bit jealous that you are in GD's secret CFSB club.

I'm not sure about it either, except that the thinking is and don't take my weights as indicative, but if you were doing more weight, you'd be say at 250, 21-15-9.

At that point, it's a minute rest between, and a suitable high rep lift mimicking some of the cfit wods.

My weights are low for the sole reason that I hated hated hated my form (and I'm weak as shit . . . ) so I went back to basically work my way back up with decent form. so the 125 has SOME benefit but not like it will when I'm doing it at 185 or 225.

And I think the cfsb thing is coming out soon.

please don't tell me that its going to involve ANOTHER cert that I'm too cheap to spring for.
I'm already planning to cough up for an L1 this year.

dude. send me an email with some of the details about how it works if you can.
2 wods a day or what? is one of the wods the dot com wod? is it daily or a couple times a week?
did you get buy-in and coaching from Troy along the way?

but dude, don't tell me anything if GD said not to speak.

Oh man, GD pledged us to silence.

As for the cert, no, it'll be more like an article in the Cfit journal.

Essentially the program is a more distilled version of the thing GD has been doing forever, basically ME work then a hard WOD.

I actually need to talk to Troy about it. It's weird, for the most part it's worked out, but I haven't said anything about it . . . which I need to do.
