5 power snatch
5 snatch balance
5 ohs

Went back and forth over the scaling, decided 95lbs I can ohs, I can power snatch, but the practice snatch balances were just not happening. After finishing and realizing I would have been there all day with the 95, I’m happy enough. Way to much bar staring. The oly lifts I have trouble linking together . . . I try and set up quick, but I still seem to stare at the bar a lot.
