Squats and some evil lunge thingy

Heavy Squats 3x3

170-190-210

Hard but doable.

then 10 minutes:

AMRAP 10 minutes

20 lunges
10 db push press 35lbs

7 rounds plus 20 lunges. The booty hurt.

Armstrong pull up day 3 week 3

3x4 normal grip
3x4 close facing grip
3x4 normal grip

Went fine. Tomorrow's work sets = 5
