Pullups and shoulder press
Shoulder Press:
3x4
100 straight sets
Pull ups: 5 max sets:
10/8/7/6/5 (36, down 3 from last week). . . at least I fail in a graceful consistent manner . . .
We'll see what pyramid day brings tomorrow.
