Shoulder press pullup day

Shoulder Press Day:

then some playing around with dead hang pullups and ring rows. Mellow day.

Armstrong pullup day (moved day one to Sunday so I can skip Friday which I do anyway).

11/6/5/5/5 (max dead hangs, 90 seconds rest) 32 total.

Last week 10/6/6/5/4 = 31

Then some ring rows for fun. Since I was tearin' up the shoulders and back . . .
