3x3 Shoulder press

100lbs straight sets.

Then,

2 rounds of Task Oriented FGB (is that the right term?)

20 each of

45lb thruster (wall ball sub)
sdhp 75lb
box jump 20"
pp 75lb
calories on rower

Frack that was sucky.

1:00 rest between rounds. Trying to jump after the 1st set of sumos was . . . interesting.
