Night wod was a skill day, kettlebell swing practice, and then some groups did three rounds of Kelly but we did one "perfect" round.
400 meter run
30 box jumps
30 20lb wall balls, 10ft target.
The run was 1:05 . . .
The rest was the suck. I'm still coughing up stuff an hour later.
5 rounds of that would be the complete suck.
