OK... but.... is it Zone friendly? Speaking of Zone... I haven't heard anything this week, have you heard anything this week? No emails, no nothing... 100 burpees on the wall 100 burpees on the wall......
I'm assuming (without ever wanting to know . . . ) that the cheeseburger has a bun, so it's automatically not zone unless you throw 75% of it away . . .
And, now that you mention something I've been thinking about: No, nothing from our boy troy. Ha! Good song: 100 troy burpees on the wall . . . drop on down, flop on the ground, 99 troy burpees on the wall . .
